Shipping Information

Shipping costs are free worldwide. However, some countries charge additional duties for receiving goods from external countries. If this is the case, the customer must assume the costs for duties charged by their country of delivery.

Times

Shipping throughout United States takes an estimated time of 5 business days. International shipping takes approximately 7-10 days to arrive. Please note that some countries charge import duties. If this is the case, the customer must assume the costs for tariffs charged by the destination country.

Uncollected Packages

Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be paid by Parranda Brand.

Insurance

Parranda Brand insures each purchase during its time in transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require a signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, signature by the third party is deemed to be sufficient proof of delivery and fulfilment by Parranda Brand.

Taxes & Duties

International shipments are not inclusive of duties and taxes, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery. We are unable to calculate the exact number of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the country to which the order is shipped.

Currencies

Parranda Brand cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the US Dollar into any other currency.
